I received a tin dollhouse like this over the holiday, found in a junk shop by a friend of my grandmothers. I love it but am wondering if it would be sacrilege to spray paint it matte black and get crazy minimal? Probably. It’s vintage Disney/Marx. It doesn’t have the bonus Rumpus Room addition as shown above. I am not sure if it is 3/4” or 1/2” scale, but it is really tiny. The interiors need a spit shine real bad. If I can’t make it into an art project I will embrace the original intent and go completely kitschy 50s with it.
