Everything about this feels SO EIGHTIES and I LOVE THAT. It’s hard to determine what is speaking to me most. The monochromatic dusty rose scheme? Dusty rose everything, you guys. Do you feel the fabulous Mary Fisher in She-Devil vibe? The mirrored walls flanking the upholstered headboard that goes up to the ceiling? The upholstered pelmet over the window? Venetian blinds? That purple-blue light sculpture thing? What is that? I’m into it.
I’d be perfectly content to lock myself in this room for the weekend ahead. I’m planning to confine myself to my bed all weekend - not only because of the impending hurricane, but because I’ve read that from now until the new moon on Sunday, it is wise to stay in and rest - it will be way more rejuvenating than usual. Also, Mercury retrograde. I want to be surrounded by plush pink everything right now.
